Appointments may be scheduled five days a week, Monday thru Thursday from 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Friday from 8:30 am-12:00 pm. Please call (256) 593-7266 for availabilities.
Doctor referrals are not necessary unless your insurance plan requires a physician referral.
